We often cook pizza's in store on the weekend, is quick simple & easy. Just make sure you have heated your BBQ up on high, you will need a convection tray and the trivet. Put the stone in the BBQ on the trivet to heat up while you prepare your pizza on the tray.
Place the tray on top of the stone to cook. Amazing, remember not too much cheese on top as this steams the ingredients underneath.
