Refund policy

Refund Policy

At Barbeques & More, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase and we will always do our best to help where we reasonably can.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if you later decide you no longer require the item.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Described Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, wrongly described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and help find a suitable solution.

Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Conditions

Before goods can be considered for return, exchange or refund, the item must generally be:

Returned within 30 days of purchase
In original packaging
Complete with all parts, manuals and accessories
Unused and in resaleable condition
Free from damage, marks or signs of use

Some products may not be eligible for return once used, assembled, installed, connected to gas, or removed from their original packaging, unless the item is faulty or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us before returning any item.

You can:

Call the store and speak with a staff member
Email us with your order details and photos if relevant
Bring the item back to the store in person

This helps us understand the issue and advise the best next step before you return the goods.

Return Shipping

If goods need to be shipped back to us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

If a refund is approved, any original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable courier service and considering shipping insurance. Barbeques & More cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Assessment of Returned Goods

All returned goods will be assessed before a refund, exchange, repair or store credit is approved.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged, is incomplete, is not in original packaging, or does not meet the return conditions above, unless the item is faulty or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Our Commitment

We are a family-owned business and we genuinely care about our customers. We will always try to work with you fairly and reasonably to resolve any issue, while also ensuring returned products meet the required conditions.

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
