Shipping & Delivery
Barbeques & More offers Courier Delivery and Store Pickup as the primary shipping methods available during checkout.
Courier delivery is generally available for smaller items that can be shipped easily. Larger or bulky items may not be eligible for courier delivery. In these cases, Store Pickup will be the available option at checkout.
Courier Delivery
The courier company shown during checkout is indicative only. Barbeques & More may change couriers depending on availability or service requirements.
Products in stock at our store are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Products that need to be delivered to our store from a supplier warehouse may take up to one week before dispatch.
Delivery times after dispatch will depend on the courier service and your location.
Store Pickup
Store Pickup allows you to collect your order directly from our store.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know it is available for collection.
Please note that some products may need to be delivered to our store from a supplier before pickup is available. In these cases there may be up to a one week delay before your order is ready.
