Choose the fuel that suits the occasion. Use gas for quick heat and easy flame control, wood for rich smoky flavour or charcoal for slower cooking with earthy depth.

The Dome XL Gen 2 is available as a propane or natural gas model, with both versions also allowing you to cook using wood or charcoal.

• A thick 30mm cordierite stone floor stores and releases heat efficiently, while commercial-grade three-layer insulation helps maintain stable cooking temperatures and recover heat quickly between pizzas.
• Signature Rolling Flame
• Gozney’s lateral burner creates a sweeping rolling flame that curves around the oven chamber. This helps distribute heat evenly for beautifully blistered pizzas, caramelised vegetables and evenly cooked meals.
• Built-In Digital Cooking Console
• The digital console displays both the oven’s air temperature and stone temperature. It also includes a built-in cooking timer and connections for two supplied meat probes, allowing you to monitor two different cuts of meat at once.
• Precise Flame Control
• The push-turn ignition and incremental flame control allow you to move smoothly from gentle roasting heat to a powerful rolling flame. An optional Wood-Fire Control Kit provides additional airflow control when cooking with wood.
• Removable Stone Floor
• The 30mm cordierite cooking floor can be removed or replaced without tools, making long-term care and maintenance easier.

A ceramic coating over aluminised steel helps resist corrosion and wear, while 304 stainless-steel burners and internal components provide lasting performance. The internal systems are also designed to be accessed, repaired or upgraded over time.

Fully Assembled

The Dome XL Gen 2 arrives fully assembled. Once positioned on a suitable surface or compatible stand, you will only need to install the flue components, connect the thermometer console and attach the appropriate gas supply.

Because the oven weighs 73kg, Gozney recommends having at least four people available to assist with unboxing and placement.

Warranty

The Gozney Dome XL Gen 2 includes a one-year standard warranty. Register the oven with Gozney within 60 days of purchase to receive an extended five-year warranty, subject to Gozney’s warranty terms and conditions.
