The Gozney Dome Gen 2 is a premium outdoor oven designed for far more than pizza. With over 40% more cooking space than the original Dome, it gives you room to cook one 16-inch pizza, two 10-inch pizzas or complete meals for family and friends.

Cook with propane gas for quick, controllable heat, wood for rich smoky flavour or charcoal for slow, earthy depth. Its hybrid-fuel design gives you the freedom to choose the cooking style and flavour that suits the occasion.

Reaching temperatures up to 500°C, the Dome Gen 2 combines Gozney’s signature rolling flame with a thick 30mm cordierite stone floor and commercial-grade three-layer insulation. The result is strong heat retention, fast stone recovery and consistent cooking performance from one dish to the next.

The Dome Gen 2 arrives fully assembled. You will need to position it on a suitable stable surface or compatible stand, install the flue components, connect the temperature console and attach the appropriate gas supply when using propane. Due to its 62kg weight, Gozney recommends having at least four people available during unboxing and placement.

Warranty

The Gozney Dome Gen 2 includes a one-year standard warranty. Register the oven with Gozney within 60 days of purchase to receive an extended five-year warranty, subject to Gozney’s warranty terms and conditions.
