You’ll learn how to:

Christmas BBQ Masterclass Menu
· We start with BBQ Moreton Bay Bugs and Prawns on a delectable salad of mango, Avocado, macadamias and Rocket.
· For the main event chicken breast gently smoked over cherry wood.
· Followed by spit roasted classic Pork Porchetta rubbed with fresh herbs and fennel.
· Then we will double smoke a leg ham and glaze it in Apricot, Brandy and maple syrup complete with pineapple slices and crowned with cherries.
· Side of char-grilled watermelon and feta salad and mixed salad leaves.
· It wouldn’t be Christmas without our famous crispy duck fat potatoes and fresh rosemary.
· And the crowning glory Jennifer’s renowned rich Chrissy fruitcake cooked in the Weber and served with a brandy custard.
