At Barbeques & More, our aim is to deliver your order safely and at the lowest cost possible.

We use a real-time shipping quote system at checkout, which helps calculate freight based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the courier options available at the time. Where possible, we pass on the most competitive freight options available to us.

Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, available shipping options will be displayed for you to choose from.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Free Shipping Offers

From time to time, we may offer free shipping or free delivery on selected items.

Unless otherwise stated, free shipping applies to eligible items delivered to metro areas only.

Regional, rural and remote delivery addresses may incur an additional freight charge. If your address falls outside our standard metro delivery network, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional freight cost.

You may then choose to:

Proceed with the order and pay the additional freight charge
or
Cancel the order for a full refund before the item is dispatched

We will never send your order and charge extra freight without contacting you first.

Regional, Rural and Remote Deliveries

We do our best to keep freight costs as low as possible, however some delivery locations attract higher courier charges.

For country, rural or remote areas, bulky items, heavy products or locations outside standard courier networks, we may need to manually confirm the freight cost before dispatch.

If an additional freight charge applies, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Where items are in stock, most orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary between metro and regional areas.
