This re-calibratable gauge will fit any Pro-Smoke offset smoker, Hark Texas Pro Pit or the Flaming Coals Texas Offset Smoker. It has an easy to read large, coloured display so you can see if you are in the correct temperature range from a distance and is also equipped with a recalibration adjustment screw. Display shows in both degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. 11.5cm diameter face.
